I am passionate, responsible and hard working.
I am born in the U.S. and stayed in Australia for the last four years. I have been married to a Korean for 4 years so far and I have recently moved back to Korea to broaden my horizon. I lived in Korea for my military service in the past, which made me fall in love with Korean culture and the people. I became passionate about teaching English to Koreans as a way to not only earn income but also to give back to my global community.
I strongly believe that working with ilikeenglish company would be mutually beneficial for myself, the company, as well as the clients.
Thank you.

Dear all! Let me start by telling you how I got into teaching! I have traveled back and forth from USA/Canada and to Korea many times for business and education purposes. Conducting business in Korea is not easy due to communication issues and I had to learn Korean quickly but also flawlessly. After learning Korean language -6 months at an university and 6 months on my own- I decided to become a language/literature teacher because of my trial and error with Korean language, (also because of high demand from my client side as well-because I was able to master pronunciation and grammar to read/write/listen/speak within a year) since then, I have been working in many corporate and government surroundings to teach English/international communication. This has been wonderful journey and I understand that you need a compassionate, understanding and patient teacher to walk the journey of language learning. Let me be the guide to this fun and exciting journey!
