I have taught for learners of all ages. While working at international schools, I created and taught general curriculum for toddlers, preschoolers, elementary and middle school students.

Furthermore, students are encouraged to develop independent thinking skills and my lessons are student-centered with plenty of inquiry-based learning activities. I believe professional development to be vital in maintain a well-informed professional benchmark and I enthusiastically incorporate new research-based teaching practices into my schemes of work.
I try to plan lessons in a way that is engaging, allowing students to ask questions and make discoveries for themselves. I attempt to foster whole-self-development through creating a warm and nurturing learning environment. It is my goal to use my passion for teaching to benefit my students. My focus is to create students with awareness of quality sources and build independent life-long skills seekers.

Hi,
I\'m looking for a teaching job that I can start as soon as possible. I am very keen on teaching position. Currently I\'m working in Hagwon for almost 3 years and since I moved in Byeollae it takes 2 hours everyday, (a total of 4 hours) so I am planning to look near around my house.I have earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from 2006 to 2010, and have gained extensive knowledge and got my TESOL Certification at American TESOL Institute before coming here. In addition to my educational background, I have experienced working in various industry on the world such as; Pharmaceutical Company, giving Customer Service to various Foreigners, and the high light of my career is working at International Language School as an English Foreign Language Teacher for Foreign Asian Students. Aside from that I am also good at, adapting to new surroundings and being a fast learner. I do have all the passion for teaching.

I have taught business professionals in a government sponsored program called K-Move in 2018 for four months. I developed the class program for a group of individuals and created coursework for vocabulary building, pronunciation, speaking, reading, conversation, visa interview skills, job interview skills, resume and professional development in English. This program had a variety of students with differing English levels, but at the end of the program all the students were able to successfully get through a mock visa interview and use English comfortably.
In 2019 I began working as a substitute teacher and picked up various jobs at Elementary schools and even at a kindergarten center. I had a lot of success in the different schools that I taught at and even received a few full-time job offers from the schools due to my performance.
Towards the end of 2019 from November to January 2020, I worked full time at Samgaksan Elementary School located in Northern Seoul. I worked full time in their after school English program. I had various levels of English to teach. The coursework followed the EduBest curriculum. I am a goal orientated person and had no problems meeting deadlines and covering the materials provided. I often used drawings, games and songs to help engage students in the topics they were learning.
I am very patient and willing to try new things. I have participated in a Korean exchange class near Yeoksam before and helped with an English conversation class as a volunteer. I really enjoyed it. I am energetic and love talking with people and discussing things. I have a very elementary grasp of Korean and enjoy learning Korean culture. I have found that using my knowledge of the world and different cultures has helped to enrich my teaching style and enable free communication.
