Hello! My name is George Byun and I am a Korean-American living in Incheon, South Korea. Over the past 20 years living here in South Korea, I have learned several things in regards to my teaching philosophy, my character, and my personal traits. I believe that education never stops no matter what degree one pursues. Whether in academia or life experiences, learning is a process of understanding and acceptance. These things can be influenced by culture, society, and literature. Over the years during my education I have learned from several professors the value of grammar, speech, intonation, syntax, and how philosophy applies to daily communication in our lives. What we say and what we intend to say are not the same thing according to Ferdinand Saussure (a Swiss linguist). This is why I believe one must be educated to express himself/herself thoroughly without creating misunderstandings. For this reason, I believe that one never stops learning as long as he/she has the curiosity to learn.
I would like to share this with you which is why I am applying

Greetings! I want to apply for the position of ESL Teacher in your
valuable institution. I believe that I have the skills and background
to qualify myself for this position.
I completed a Bachelor of Elementary Education from Tarlac State
University, Philippines. During my college days, I have undergone
eld study and practice teaching program which trained me to be
an e}cient and e|ective teacher. After I graduate, I passed my
Licensure Examination on my rst take. Since then, I have been
working to Man to Man Boarding School Inc. as a part-time teacher.
This has given me valuable practical experience of being
responsible for a class. Also, the performance I have shown from
this company gave me a chance as the chosen teacher to represent
our school as an ESL Teacher at Sun Moon University with Masters
Degree Scholarship. With Gods grace, I am about to have my
graduation this August 2019. However, I am now looking for a fulltime opportunity here in South Korea.
I feel that I have considerable teaching skills with lots of patience as
well as creative skills.
I love working with kids. I love inspiring learning. And I like results.
There\'s no better feeling than seeing your students enjoying
learning while gaining what you are teaching.
I am hoping that this job will help me step into a full-time job as a
teacher. I assure you gratefulness and gratitude for your time and
