Hello all,
My name is Jessica Yujin Jung and I am currently a business development manager at a pharmaceutical company in Korea.
I have taught for number of years in different subjects, including pharmacology, English, and math, for both Korean and English as I am native level speaker in both languages. On the side, I am also a freelance translator and you may have seen some of the videos I have added subtitles to!
Due to the flexibility of work and the joy of exchanging different experiences with others, I have decided to apply as a tutor for the telephone English lessons.

For the past 8 years I have happily been able to call Korea my home. I first came in 2013 to teach English in a small country town called Jincheon but moved to Seoul in 2017 to start teaching Business English at Samsung and Emart to executives. From 2018-2020, I held the title of Social Media Community Manager/Marketing Specialist at both RankingBall Inc, a fantasy sports/esports online game, and at Pine Platform, a cryptocurrency financial platform. My duties included producing social media content like live sports/esports commentating, hosting a daily tech news broadcast, website design, script writing, promotional imaging, editing, and PR. I also built a team to launch a project called Pine Korea that is dedicated to creating social media content featuring unique and off the beaten paths parts of Seoul. Even though the project is in hiatus, my team was able to create a couple of guided tour videos for YouTube. My duties as a marketing specialist included creating new promotions, contests, and market analysis.
